LiveCore is built and operated by MS Corporation, founded by
Shishir Mia and based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. One company owns the platform, the
hardware and the support — there is no chain of vendors between you and the servers.
What we run
Self-hosted clusters in Mumbai, the closest major region to South
Asian traffic. Your media is carried by infrastructure we operate ourselves, end to
end.
When it breaks
Failure recovery is drilled, not asserted. A halted media node is taken
over automatically with no interruption to anyone already in a call; a lost
Redis primary is promoted in 7 seconds, and the media servers follow it without
restarting.
